1 Peter 4:7
But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and and watchful in your prayers.
As fear grips the world, I am hearing all kinds of things about the end of the world. The coronavirus has at least got our attention in thinking about the end of several things. You might say that it is at least a "wake up call." As Peter so clearly states "the end is at hand", that has always been the watch word in the Scriptures. No one but the Father knows the day, yet knowing that it can be anytime, we are even more watchful. And, now that the Lord has our attention, it would be a perfect time for His return. Peter's last comment should hit a strong cord with the Christians of today - "be serious and watchful in your prayers."!!!!! Pray about it!
